The Macomb Christian Schools New Student Application / Parent Application can be accessed and printed by clicking the following link.  Please print the application, fill it out completely, and return it to Macomb Christian Schools for processing.  An application must be completed for each student you wish to enroll.  Parents must also print, read and sign the Parent Agreement form and have the Prinicpal-Teacher Reference completed.  Links availabe below.
